Night Manager at Starcare International Hospital

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee hospital operations during night shifts, ensuring all departments function effectively and efficiently.
• Address any emergencies or issues that arise during the night, coordinating with medical and non-medical staff to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor patient care and staff performance, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for all departments during the night, facilitating communication and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or arelated field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, withat least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with theability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hospital operations and emergency procedures.
