    Network Operations Trainee

    Minimum Requirements - Passion for networking solutions,

    Job Brief & Responsibilities

    The trainee will be guided to do the following with time and training:

    • An Excellent requisite skills as a contact Centre Engineer
    • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve and implement changes on the Network environment.
    • Responsible for supporting and managing Network Policy, Troubleshooting incidents and working with deployment teams.
    • Day-to-day operational functions related to the Network.
    • Provide Support for full lifecycle management of Network Devices
