- Maintaining network diagrams

Skills & Knowledge Requirements
Skills: Possesses expertise in networking technologies, network monitoring and troubleshooting, incident management, network equipment, and network security, and excels in communication and collaboration.
Knowledge: ISP technologies, internet protocols, traffic engineering, data centre operations, SLAs, documentation and reporting, as well as industry standards and best practices.

Academic Qualification & Experience
Academic Qualification
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or in a similar network operations role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies, such as SNMP monitoring systems, packet analysers, etc.
- Familiarity with network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyse and interpret network traffic and logs to diagnose issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
