    Network / Hardware Support Staff

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for general hardware and network issues.
    • Configure and share network resources, including printers.
    • Perform crimping of RJ45 and RJ11 cables.
    • Install and repair operating systems.
    • Administer, install, troubleshoot, and repair Microsoft Office Suite – Office 365.
    • Configure routers and switches.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of virtual servers, including VMware, Hypervisor, and cloud servers.
    • Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop systems.
    • Configure and troubleshoot mail servers, including Outlook and Webmail.
    • Set up and administer virtual meetings using Teams, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms.
    • Knowledge of Firewall Gateway, e.g., Checkpoint Firewall, and provide support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or HND degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software
    • Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
    • Certification in CCNA or A+ will be an added advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
    • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
    • Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.
