Job Purpose

The Oracle NetSuite ERP Specialist reporting to the information systems manager will have a hands-on key role to assure the successful management of the NetSuite ERP platform that is integrated with the other Business Applications within the company.
The role is responsible for the overall management of all Oracle NetSuite ERP and ensures integrity of the systems as well as meets SLAs.

Key Aims and Objectives

• Be the key contact and subject matter expert for all activities related to the ERP.
• The role is part of the information management team.
• Interact at all levels of the business to provide everything from support to adding new features
• Manage different roll-out plans to difference entities inside and outside the country.
• Mange and recommend enhancement features and activate extra modules.
