To provide support to the National country office operations by supporting and ensuring effective coordination, processing and review of documents, monitoring of office operations and reporting.
Duties and responsibilities
Assisting with all facets of the day-to-day operations and finance of the office.
Handling organizational and clerical support tasks for the finance and operations unit
Maintain relationship with internal staff and external partners to enable support of program activities.
Review of support documents to ensuring completeness
Provide administrative support
Filing of operations documents
Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability to liaise well with others
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
