    National Sales Manager

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets nationwide. 
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to meet and exceed marketing goals nationwide. 
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. 
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth. 
    • Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets using CRM software. 
    • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives. 
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for marketing team members. 
    • Participate in mar meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best marketing practices.

    Person Specifications:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a relevant industry. 
    • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • Track record of success in achieving marketing targets and driving revenue growth. 
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. 
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 
    • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories. 
    • Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
