Nail Technician at Montaigne Place

About the Role

• We are seeking passionate and skilled Nail Technicians to join our team at Montaigne Place. This role is key to delivering exceptional client experiences, enhancing our reputation with every service, and providing personalized, high-quality nail care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nail treatments including:
• Nail design & artistry
• Fabric & sculpting procedures
• Light-cured gels
• Nail extensions, tips, wraps & acrylic applications
• Deliver personalized services such as:
• Manicures & pedicures
• Nail shaping, cleaning & polishing
• Hand & foot massages
• Recommending nail colors, styles & designs
• Maintain hygiene and work area cleanliness by sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations between clients
• Provide aftercare advice and upsell additional treatments and products
• Engage with clients warmly, remembering preferences to build strong relationships.

Requirements

• Certification in Beauty Therapy and/or Nail Technology
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist, or similar role
• Expertise in advanced techniques such as French manicures, airbrushing, and gel manicures
• Knowledge of current nail trends and styles
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must live close to these locations
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization practices
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Art (added advantage) Competencies
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Technical expertise in nail care and beauty therapy
• Business awareness and service-oriented mindset
