Monitoring, Evaluations and Compliance Specialist

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 4 - 6 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
- Salary Range ₦400,000 - ₦500,000/month
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Design and implement frameworks for project monitoring, track activities, expenditures, and outputs, and conduct capacity assessments of evaluation systems.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate team development programs, supervise third‑party vendors, perform inspections and due diligence reviews, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.
- Technical Operations: Carry out fiber optic alignment, termination, and testing, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and conduct root cause analysis with remediation.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety rules, and business ethics; provide compliance advice; and audit infrastructure to minimize risks like vandalization or encroachment.
- Reporting & Communication: Document all activities, prepare reports on monitoring and compliance, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on findings and resolution progress.
