Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (Volunteer) at Light Foundation Center for Peaceful Coexistence and Development

Reports to: Program Manager

Role Purpose:

The M&E Officer will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data that ensures quality programming and evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and use basic monitoring tools to track project indicators.
• Support data entry, validation, and analysis using Excel or KoboToolbox.
• Conduct routine field monitoring visits to ensure data quality.
• Support preparation of periodic M&E and donor reports.
• Contribute to documentation of success stories and lessons learned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc/BA in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or related discipline.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, etc.) and Excel.
• Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a humanitarian or development organization is an advantage
