Monitoring And Evaluation Coordinator at Mindset - Middle East and Africa

• Designing and implementing the M&E plan at the regional and state level, including identifying indicators and data collection methods.
• Leading the M&E state team in the testing and implementing of M&E systems and tools.
• Coordinating with program teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of M&E activities.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to inform program decision-making and support evidence-based program improvement.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to M&E officers and offering guidance and support as needed.
• Developing and delivering M&E training to program staff and partners.
• Providing technical assistance to program teams in developing logical frameworks, indicators, and M&E plans.
• Preparing monthly project reports outlining progress to date, highlighting achievements, challenges, and the way forward.
• Reviewing and analyzing program reports to ensure their quality and alignment with donor and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders, including donors and other organizations, to coordinate M&E activities and share learning and best practices.
• Developing M&E-related communications materials, such as reports, briefs, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in M&E
• Experience working in a health context is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to all states within the assigned zone
• 3-5 years of experience
• University degree in a relevant discipline

• North Central: Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau States, and the Federal Capital Territory
• North East: Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe States
• North West: Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara States
• South East: Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo States
• South-South (also known as Niger Delta region): Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers States
