MongoDB & MySQL Database Administrator (DBA)

What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize MongoDB & MySQL databases in production environments
- Design scalable NoSQL schema models and relational database structures
- Implement replication, clustering, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams on system performance and database integration
- Maintain database security, compliance, and detailed documentation
What You Bring
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in MongoDB and MySQL administration
- Strong skills in schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
- Experience with database monitoring tools and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting
- Certifications (MongoDB/MySQL DBA) are a strong plus
