What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands daily.
• Drive and implement MVVM architecture for scalable, maintainable codebases.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for real-time digital experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver elegant, intuitive UI/UX.
• Write testable, efficient, and well-documented code with performance in mind.
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and technical architecture discussions.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development.
• Strong expertise in MVVM and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc — Provider/Stacked preferred).
• Proven portfolio of successful apps in the Play Store/App Store.
• Fluent in REST APIs, JSON, and clean code principles.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and agile workflows.
• Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about building world-class products.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Firebase and local storage (Hive, SQLite).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.
• Experience mentoring or leading Flutter teams.
• Previous work on FinTech, lending, or digital banking platforms.
