Mobile Phone Engineer/Technician at Best Service Raya

Job Description

1. Perform repair of mobile phones according to the Company's standard operating procedures
2. Diagnose hardware and software faults smartphones and related devices.
3. Carry out repairs using approved tools, parts, and service manuals.
4. Ensure all repairs are logged accurately in the service system
5. Maintain proper handling and accountability for spare parts and consumables.
6. Test devices thoroughly after repair to ensure full functionality and quality assurance.
7. Adhere to company’s service turnaround time (TAT) and quality performance targets.
8. Provide technical support to customer care representatives on repair-related inquiries.
9. Follow safety, ESD, and quality control procedures in the workshop.
10. Report repeated defects or technical trends to the Technical Supervisor or Operations Manager.
11. Participate in regular technical trainings and skill updates provided by the company.
