Mobile Content Creator at Crea8torium

About the Role

• At Crea8torium, we're building the number one ecosystem for creators in the world.
• We’re looking for a mobile-first content creator who knows how to see moments as they happen and turn them into compelling, real-time stories.
• This role is not about overly polished production. It’s about capturing the in-between moments, the behind-the-scenes, the conversations, the feeling of being in the room.
• You’ll be documenting our community, our events, and our creative process in a way that feels alive, relatable, and shareable.

What You'll Do

• BTS & Event Coverage: Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, workshops, and activations as they happen.
• Real-Time Content: Create and deliver same-day content for Instagram, TikTok, and Stories.
• Short-Form Editing: Film and edit Reels and TikToks on mobile, start to finish.
• Moment Spotting: Identify and capture authentic, unscripted moments within the community.
• Collaboration: Work with the content team to align with the overall storytelling direction ⁠while suggesting ideas based on what you’re seeing on the ground

• No moment gets missed when we have an event. Every piece of content makes the audience feel like they were there.

Requirements

The Kind Of Mobile Content Creator You Are:

• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms.
• Strong mobile shooting and editing skills with CapCut.
• Able to deliver content same or next day.
• Solid understanding of lighting, sound, and composition.
• Comfortable filming people and capturing live, uncontrolled environments.
• Based in Lagos and available for in-person coverage.
