Mobile Application Developer at Snaarp

Job Summary

The Mobile Application Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Snaarp\'s mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, AI engineers, and product managers to build secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications that integrate seamlessly across the Snaarp platform.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable application architecture.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and cloud-based backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to create exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, battery efficiency, and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Integrate push notifications, real-time messaging, video conferencing, and cloud storage capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Ensure application compatibility across multiple devices and operating system versions.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Continuously improve application performance and user experience.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. OR Equivalent professional software development experience.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years\' professional experience in mobile application development. - Demonstrated experience building and deploying production mobile applications.
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications.
• Experience using Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Technical Skills Candidates should possess strong knowledge of:

• Flutter - Dart - Firebase - REST APIs - JSON - State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc or equivalent) 
• Local Database (SQLite, Hive or equivalent)
• Push Notifications - Authentication (OAuth, JWT) - Git - CI/CD pipelines
• Mobile App Security

• Google Play Console
