Job Summary

• Proforce Galaxies Limited is seeking a Mobile App Developer to join our team of engineers and innovators.
• You will be responsible for creating powerful, intuitive, and scalable mobile applications that connect users directly to real-time satellite data and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• App Development: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications (Android & iOS) using React Native. Must have Excellent Knowledge of React Native.
• API Integration: Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, cloud services, and real-time geospatial data into mobile apps.
• Data Visualization: Collaborate with GIS analysts and AI engineers to build interactive dashboards, maps, and visualization tools for satellite imagery and analytics.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and optimized for speed, scalability, and offline use where necessary.
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Build applications that deliver consistent user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure app reliability and stability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end, backend, and AI teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end user solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest mobile development frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Mobile App Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in React Native.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with mobile app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with geospatial data, maps (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps API), and data visualization is a plus.
• Understanding of mobile app security practices and offline-first design.
• Experience with Git version control, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
