Mixer Operator (Lotion Plant) at Evans Industries

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

• Set up and adjust machinery for lotion production runs, ensuring accurate and efficient operation. 
• Monitor machines during operation, detecting any malfunctions or irregularities and making necessary adjustments. 
• Operate machinery with precision and care, following established procedures and safety protocols. 

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition. 
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues, reporting more serious problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel. 

Quality Control:

• Ensure that produced lotions meet quality standards and specifications. 
• Identify and address any quality issues promptly. 

Safety:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment. 
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. 

Other Duties:

• Clean and organize the work area. 
• Assist with inventory management. 
• Complete required paperwork and documentation. 

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in lotion manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures.
