MIS Application Developer at Leventis

Job Purpose

• To build business requirements into functionality or applications for a variety of simple to complex integrations, customizations, and extensions that enhance the Business Central solution.

Job Description

• Translate business requirements into software configuration and be able to connect the dots as to how the software configuration will address their specific needs
• Create new and modify existing customizations and integrations as requested by the business
• Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle from concept and design, requirements, coding, customization, testing, remediation, packaging, and deployment
• Test and certify functionality developed by the development team against business requirements before going live
• Work with the Project Managers, Business Analyst and Consultants to understand the business / application requirements of the assigned task
• Creation of technical documentation for all customizations and integrations
• Periodic closing of Year-End Income Statements & FX statements
• Develop, implement, and update SOPs of the finance function
• Preparation of comprehensive, proactive, and timely financial and management information, statutory Reports
• Ensure Uploading of adequate budgeting and forecasting for each unit in the product company
• Capturing and processing data, Audit Backend Reports Generation information retrieval.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related degree
• 5+ years’ experience building solutions with the NAV development environment
• Full understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV development
• Experience and knowledge with SQL server, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Microsoft .Net framework
• Demonstrated experience in a support environment – incident management, release management & change management will be familiar terms to you
• Understand and can speak to business processes and needs
• Database Management Skills
• Curious and passionate about problem-solving
• Highly proficient with excel and other office applications.
