    Mid-Level Sales & Business Development Executive

    About Us:

    We are a rapidly expanding company in the renewable energy and security systems sector, delivering high-quality solar power solutions and CCTV technology. We are seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Mid-Level Sales & Business Development Executive to contribute to our growth by managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.

    Job Summary:

    The Mid-Level Sales & Business Development Executive will take ownership of identifying leads, converting prospects into customers, and managing long-term relationships. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales performance targets, providing market insights, and working collaboratively with other teams to align with the company’s overall business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Performance & Pipeline Management

    • Take ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM systems.
    • Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

    Business Development & Market Expansion

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and penetrate new markets.
    • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with contractors, real estate developers, and commercial clients.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed and identify opportunities.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer tailored product recommendations to meet customer goals.
    • Provide excellent post-sale support in coordination with operations and technical teams.

    Collaboration & Communication

    • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and provide feedback on lead quality.
    • Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Represent the company at industry events, product launches, and customer presentations.

    Feedback & Process Improvement

    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
    • Recommend changes to the sales approach, pricing models, or promotional strategies as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in solar, technology, energy, retail or consumer electronics.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions, security systems, or technical product sales is a strong asset.
