We are looking to hire an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for the server side of our web applications.
As a Backend Engineer, you’ll work closely with our Engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
Review and debug code.
Perform validation and verification testing.
Document development phases and monitor systems.
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Ensure we build highly scalable server-side architecture.
Directing software development projects.
Producing, testing, and debugging code.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience (working in a fintech is a plus here)
