Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Nigeria for a Mid-Level Associate (Corporate Commercial) at Advocaat Law Practice.
• The Mid-Level Associate will be responsible for handling corporate and commercial legal matters, conducting due diligence, and providing finance-related legal advice.
• The role also involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Due Diligence experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Solid understanding of Finance and Corporate Law
• Ability to draft and review legal documents with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with client liaison and ensuring legal compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Law and relevant professional qualifications
• Relevant work experience in a corporate or commercial legal setting is preferred
