Microbiologist (Graduate Trainee) at Evans Industries

Job Responsibilities

• Microbial analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, process water, portable drinking water, sewage waste water, Effluent water and finished products.
• Ensure the manufacturing environment and production process meet minimum requirement before and during production. Release, Hold and Reject product or process as required.
• Preparation of culture media and proper storage
• Routine calibration of laboratory equipments and maintenance
• Develop, review of test methods and operational SOP
• Implement and ensure GMP and accurate dispensing in compounding area.
• Training and Supervising Quality Trainees and Interns.
• Assist QA manager in daily functions and in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, cGMP, GLP across all functional areas.
• Relieve QA manager as at when Due.
• Management representative (Shift manager) during shift production.
• Accurate dosage of chemicals (pH correction and disinfectants) during water treatment process.
• Any other job deemed fit be the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or related field with 0-1 year experience.
• Good knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
