About the Role

• We are looking for energetic and results-driven FMCG Merchandisers to support our growing Sales team across selected locations in Abuja.
• Each Merchandiser will be responsible for managing assigned outlets, ensuring product availability and visibility, monitoring stock, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's outlet network.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and manage assigned retail outlets within your designated location.
• Ensure our products are available and properly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels and identify outlets requiring replenishment.
• Build relationships with outlet owners and managers.
• Identify and onboard new outlets within your territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
• Gather relevant market and outlet information.
• Support sales activities within assigned locations.
• Submit accurate daily/weekly activity and outlet reports.
• •Work towards assigned outlet coverage and sales KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in FMCG merchandising, sales, field sales or related roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
