Job Description

• Offer guidance and support to beneficiaries as they develop their skills, helping those set goals and overcome challenges.
• Assess the needs of learners to identify areas where they need support and tailor their mentoring approach accordingly.
• Responsible for developing lesson plans and activities to help beneficiaries improve their literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
• Monitor the progress of beneficiaries and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Responsible for maintaining records of beneficiary’s progress and attendance.
• Ensure that beneficiaries’ information is kept confidential and that they adhere to data protection protocols.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages learners to engage and participate.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as teachers, parents, and community members, to support beneficiaries’ development.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mentoring and education.
