    Medical Secretary

    • The Medical Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
    • This role ensures efficient operation of the hospital or clinic by managing schedules, handling patient information, coordinating communications, and maintaining medical records with confidentiality and professionalism.

    Qualifications

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Secretarial Studies, Office Technology, Health Information Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital administrative systems is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
