    Medical Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of baby care, adult hygiene, and feminine healthcare products.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, healthcare product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and Pharmacies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell baby (e.g., diapers, wipes), adult (e.g., adult diapers, incontinence products), and feminine (e.g., sanitary pads, menstrual cups) care products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail outlets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and purchasing managers.
    • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare personnel and distributors.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory using CRM tools.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
    • Participate in trade shows, medical exhibitions, and promotional events.
    • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of medical or FMCG sales experience (baby, adult hygiene, or feminine care is an advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and distribution networks.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
