    Medical Sales Representative

    Role Overview:

    As a Medical Sales Representative at Naxawellness, you will be responsible for driving sales in the health and wellness sector, particularly focusing on natural and microbiology-driven solutions. You will work with healthcare professionals, wellness centers, and medical institutions, positioning Naxawellness’s products as essential components in promoting health through natural and scientific methods.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and expand relationships with healthcare providers, wellness centers, and medical institutions interested in naturopathic and microbiology-based health solutions.
    • Present and promote products that integrate both naturopathic principles and microbiological insights, helping clients understand their benefits for patient well-being.
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets and grow Naxawellness’s footprint in the wellness and healthcare markets.
    • Stay informed about developments in naturopathy, microbiology, and the broader wellness industry, ensuring you remain a trusted resource for clients.
    • Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to enhance sales operations and track customer interactions.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3+ years of proven success in medical or wellness sales, with experience in naturopathy and microbiology being highly valued.
    • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Naturopathy, Pharmacy, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex health concepts in an accessible way.
    • A deep understanding of how microbiology intersects with natural health solutions and the ability to explain this to healthcare professionals.
    • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.
    • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, and able to utilize social media for client outreach and engagement.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
    • Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend key events in the naturopathy and health industry.

    Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience + performance-based incentives
