Medical Laboratory Scientist at E-Clinic & Diagnostic

• Collect, prepare, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissues, etc.) for laboratory testing.
• Perform routine and complex tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and blood banking.
• Ensure the validity, accuracy, and reliability of test results through proper procedures and quality control.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and perform internal and external quality control procedures to maintain compliance with laboratory standards.
• Prepare reports on laboratory operations, workload, and inventory when required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare teams to provide input for patient diagnosis and care.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
• Valid license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory management systems and computer literacy.
