About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Media Business Manager to lead and grow our media operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, coordinating projects, managing resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate media projects and oversee production schedules.
• Manage and motivate a creative team to achieve business goals.
• Supervise equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance.
• Plan and monitor budgets to maximize profitability.
• Drive growth initiatives and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a media business or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of media production processes and equipment.
• Ability to create and execute marketing strategies.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and planning.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Flexibility required on shooting days (may close late).
• Occasional weekend work depending on project schedules.
