Mechanical Technician at Hello Products

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company specifications.
• Carry out preventive, condition-based, and breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for mechanical faults.
• Analyze data and equipment performance records to identify areas for improvement and optimize machine efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, machine safety checks, and repair records.
• Collaborate closely with controllers, engineers, and production teams to address mechanical issues and improve system performance.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all maintenance and repair work.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical fault.
