Mechanical Supervisor at Seflam SGL Ltd

Job Purpose

To provide leadership, coordination, and supervision to the Physical Asset Verification (PAV) activities of a client's plant and non-plant assets by ensuring Plant Equipment Master Data and pictures are thoroughly captured.

Main Accountabilities

• Identify and number on PEFs Tags across various disciplines.
• Plan and prepare schedule for the team.
• Produce for proper planning, the list of Tags that are inaccessible (located in Restricted Areas).
• Produce for proper planning the list of Tags at height and raise scaffold requests ahead of time.
• Coordinate PAV activities and ensure delivery of daily assigned Tags.
• Scrap from PACER and document cabins any missing master data not found on site.
• Carry out Quality Assurance (QA) on all PAV activities and produce reports.
• Timely raising of permit and ensure the right permits are taken to site.
• Conduct HSE Tool Box Talk
• Prepare progress reports.
• Carry out other assigned duties (plant walkdowns-PAV, safety walkabout, etc.).

Job Requirements

• HND/ BSC in Engineering

Experience

• Three (3) years’ preferably in manufacturing/production.
• At least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Must have worked in any of the following discipline areas: Mechanical/QAQC/Electrical/Instrument

Job Duration

• 9 months with possible extension based on performance.
