Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Officer at Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited

Job Summary

• Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the servicers of an experienced Maintenance Officer who is highly skilled in Electrical and Machine Maintenances.

Functional Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
• Machines maintenances and trouble shooting
• air conditioners installations
• Managing ,minor electrical issues
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Preparing cost estimates.
• Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams
• Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools
• Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices
• Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in the apartments
• Adhering to state and local building regulations.
• Completing work orders on time
• Documenting the work completed and materials used
• Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must possess OND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
