Job description
- Design, review, and supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for building projects.
- Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in cost estimation, value engineering, and project planning.
