Assist in servicing and repair of institute’s vehicles both petrol and diesel engine.
Perform overhauling of vehicles components.
Assist in preparing of vehicles for road worthiness.
Recovery of breakdown vehicles and checking of vehicles for long trips.
Assist in cleaning and maintenance of workshop and equipment.
Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
Have ability to handle mechanical equipment in the workshop.
Be computer literate with good initiative and have ability to work under minimal supervision.
