Responsibilities

• Process, cut, and prepare meat products according to company standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality control procedures.
• Operate and maintain meat processing equipment safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to supervisors.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and storing meat products appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in meat processing or a related role (butchery or food production experience preferred).
• Knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and storage practices.
• Ability to follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Physical stamina for lifting and standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Must reside around Abuloma,Trans Amadi or Ogbunabali.
