    Matron

    Job Description

    • Overall welfare and supervision of students in the institute
    • Maintain discipline, cleanliness and orderliness in the hostel
    • Monitor students' health, hygiene and daily activities
    • Ensure safety and security of students
    • Report and manage any emergency or misconduct.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a BSc Degree in a Medical, Nursing or any related field
    • Female, 40 years and above
    • Previous experience as a Matron/Housemistress/Caregiver is an advantage
    • Must be disciplined, God-fearing, firm but caring
    • Good communication skills and ability to handle teenagers
    • Must be willing to live in the institute.
