Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop math lesson plans and materials aligned with the school curriculum.
- Instruction: Provide personalized tutoring sessions to students, covering various mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress through assessments, practice exercises, and exams.
- Support: Offer additional support and guidance to students struggling with mathematical concepts.
- Individualized Teaching: Tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Education / Experience
- B.Ed in Maths and Statistics and or Other Relevant Certification.
- B.Sc in Engineering plus PGDE
- Minimum of Eight Years Experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Patience and empathy when working with students facing challenges.
- Adaptability to different learning styles and needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
