Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a variety of  lectures and tutorials to students both in an online and offline setting
• Conduct and grade all assessments (pre-test,mid-test, post-test)
• Create customized lesson plans based on provided modules and program guidelines
• Respond to Student Comments and Questions Posted Online And Providing Timely Feedbacks.
• Maintain Availability.
• Develop a good rapport with students to instill trust and convey authority.
• Encouraging participation within the classroom to promote the consolidation of learning content.
• Actively monitor and track individual student progress, provide mediation and direction as needed.
• Assess student’s strengths and weaknesses in different areas
• Assign and hold students accountable for completing homework to reinforce material learned in sessions
• Write and submit student management reports (weekly and monthly)
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources to support independent learning.
• Participate in training sessions on teacher development
• Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends
• Follow communication Procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to achieve organizational set goals.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on given tasks.
• Ability to work in accordance with our core values and culture.

 Requirements

• At least a year of teaching experience as a Mathematics Teacher.
• Minimum of a bachelors degree.
• Experience teaching international standardized exams is an added advantage
• Must have the zeal and capacity to teach mathematics topic areas.
• Ability to utilize online learning platforms, i.e  zoom or google meet
• Willingness to get tasks and reports done under little or no supervision.
• A great team player, who is a goal-driven and can take initiatives
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and cross-functionality in order to ensure course growth and success.
