Masons at Trucrete Solutions Limited

About the Role:

• Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking experienced and dedicated Masons to execute masonry works on our building projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other masonry materials while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and stones according to approved drawings.
• Construct walls, columns, foundations, and other masonry structures.
• Mix mortar and concrete to the required specifications.
• Carry out plastering, rendering, screeding, and finishing works.
• Repair damaged masonry structures where required.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain masonry tools and equipment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures on-site.
• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to achieve project milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years' proven experience as a Mason in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and construction materials.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and measurements.
• Good understanding of quality workmanship and site safety.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment..
