    Marketing Operations Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Planning & Execution

    • Coordinate the execution of the annual marketing calendar across all business units.
    • Develop implementation plans for marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional events.
    • Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
    • Track campaign milestones and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
    • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

    Project & Campaign Management

    • Lead end-to-end coordination of marketing projects from planning through execution.
    • Develop project timelines, workback schedules, and deliverable trackers.
    • Coordinate activities between creative, digital, retail, e-commerce, production, customer experience, and external partners.
    • Ensure timely availability of marketing materials across all channels.

    Marketing Budget & Resource Management

    • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
    • Track marketing expenditure against approved budgets.
    • Process vendor payments and monitor purchase requests.
    • Optimize marketing spend for maximum return on investment.
    • Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and contracts.

    Vendor & Agency Management

    • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, production vendors, photographers, influencers, media partners, and event vendors.
    • Coordinate quotations, negotiations, contracts, and service delivery.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.

    Retail Marketing Support

    • Coordinate store marketing activities and local activations.
    • Ensure POS materials, visual merchandising assets, and promotional materials are distributed on time.
    • Liaise with Retail Operations to support store openings, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
    • Monitor execution consistency across all store locations.

    Marketing Asset Management

    • Maintain the organization's repository of marketing assets.
    • Coordinate production and distribution of campaign materials.
    • Ensure proper version control and accessibility of marketing collateral.
    • Manage inventory of promotional materials.

    Performance Reporting & Analytics

    • Develop marketing dashboards and operational reports.
    • Monitor campaign execution KPIs.
    • Track budget utilization and campaign performance.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
    • Recommend improvements based on campaign insights.

    Process Improvement

    • Develop and document marketing SOPs.
    • Improve workflows and operational efficiency.
    • Introduce project management systems and best practices.
    • Standardize campaign planning and execution processes.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate closely with:
    • Retail Operations
    • E-commerce
    • Customer Experience
    • Ensure alignment between marketing activities and business priorities.
    • Communicate project updates to stakeholders.

    Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards.
    • Maintain marketing documentation and records.
    • Ensure contracts and vendor engagements comply with company procedures.
    • Support audit requirements related to marketing operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing or Marketing Analytics is desirable.

    Experience

    • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, project management, or marketing coordination.
    • Experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
    • Proven experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
    • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution.
