Responsibilities

• Promote company services directly to prospective clients
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Educate clients on service offerings after training
• Submit daily/weekly activity and lead reports
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Attend weekly virtual meetings and monthly onsite meetings.

Requirements

• SSCE or OND qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching and engaging people
• Willingness to work in the field
• Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision
• Smartphone required for communication and reporting.

Work Structure:

• Field work and client engagement during the week
• Weekly meetings (virtual/online)
• Physical onsite meeting once a month
• Continuous coaching and performance review.
