Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services(engineering industry).
• The successful candidate will support brand growth, generate leads, increase market visibility, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website, etc.)
• Coordinate content creation for marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
• Support business development efforts by generating and nurturing leads
• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Assist in preparing proposals and marketing documentation

Qualifications & Skills
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

• 2-4 years’ experience in marketing or business development.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Experience with content creation and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of email marketing and online advertising
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports
