Marketing Managers at Network Microfinance Bank Limited

Vacancies exist for the post of Marketing Managers at Network Microfinance Bank, Ikorodu Lagos.
Interested candidates must be Degree (Min.2:2)/HND (Lower Cr.) holders with minimum of 4yar experience in similar role. Professional qualification will be an advantage.
Candidate must be self-driven, target -oriented and have a very good understanding of the Microfinance Business in particular and Banking industry generally.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The job holder in executing the job function will be expected but not limited to doing the following:

• Development of new relationship in all business sectors
• Maintaining existing relationships.
• Assigning responsibilities and relationships to Marketing Officers
• Ensuring Customer orientation approach to service delivery
• Coordinating activities of the Marketing  Officers for optimum result
• Monitor all loan disbursed by credit officers on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure prompt payment by customers
• Monitor the bank portfolio at risk (PAR) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage recovery of delinquent loans.
• Aggressive deposit mobilization and risk asset creation
• Ensure that credit facilities to customers are in line with regulatory guidelines, clearly defined internal policies and debt service capacity
• Monitor all conditions subsequent to drawdown
• Any other assignment by the Head, Business Development or Chief Executive Officer.
