We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager – GTM (Go-to-Market) to join our Africa regional team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated field marketing programs that drive demand generation, revenue growth, and brand visibility across the African market.

Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Integrated GTM Programs: Plan, budget, and deliver a portfolio of marketing events and campaigns — including trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives — to drive demand and revenue growth in the Africa region.
Generate High-Quality Leads: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to launch and manage integrated demand generation campaigns that nurture high-quality leads throughout the entire sales funnel.
Localize Content and Messaging: Collaborate with content teams to adapt marketing materials, messaging, and customer success stories to reflect local market needs and cultural nuances.
Manage External Communications: Build relationships with media outlets and industry influencers; oversee local PR efforts including press releases, media outreach, and event participation to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
Track and Optimize ROI: Establish performance metrics for all marketing activities; regularly analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to inform data-driven improvements.
Budget Management: Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective cost control, accurate reporting, and financial accountability.
Collaborate Across Teams: Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional sales leaders, product marketing, and senior management to ensure alignment on strategic GTM objectives.
Maintain Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends — including AI, customer experience (CX), data, and cybersecurity — to continuously refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field – required.
Master’s degree – preferred.
Certification in Digital Marketing – advantageous.
5–9 years of experience in marketing management, field marketing, or go-to-market strategy within a B2B or technology environment.
Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable results.
Experience in regional or international markets, preferably within Africa.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
