As our marketing manager, you will provide direct support by assisting the team to grow store sales, improve marketing execution and build local marketing capabilities and successfully meet these objectives by partnering with operations teams in analyzing business/consumer trends and developing annual and long-range marketing plans.
Responsibilities
Lead marketing strategy via development of annual and long-range marketing plans to drive increased sales by driving awareness, trial, average spend and purchase frequency/loyalty.
Ensures proper execution and adherence to brand strategy and brand standards and develops Franchisee marketing materials and approves with Management and Operations to optimize communication impact and effectiveness of materials.
Works with principals to continually build the capabilities and skill set of local marketing personnel and conducts agency reviews, establishing agency performance criteria and evaluating agency performance.
Requirements
B.Sc in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An Mba is an added advantage.
5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Creativity to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that stand out in the market.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
