Marketing Manager at Street Souk

• We are looking for a strategic and highly creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Street Souk's events, products, campaigns and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, ticket sales and revenue.
• Lead Instagram and TikTok strategy, growth and optimisation.
• Plan and execute event, product and campaign marketing.
• Develop creative campaigns and new ideas that grow the Street Souk audience.
• Build strategies to increase ticket sales, product sales and community growth.
• Lead influencer, creator, partnership and digital marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and optimise strategies.
• Work closely with the creative, events, brand and partnerships teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong experience with Instagram, TikTok and social media growth.
• Proven experience marketing events, products or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of audience growth, conversion and ticket sales.
• Creative, strategic and commercially minded.
• Strong execution, communication and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of youth culture, fashion, music and digital trends is an advantage.
