Marketing Manager at Pentagon Partners

We are a REAL ESTATE company located within the Lekki environs of Lagos State and we are in search of a MARKETING MANAGER with core expertise that entails leading and supervising a team of Marketing Officers to achieve the marketing goals of the company.

Job Description:

• Sale of houses and land in all our locations.
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level.
• Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Prepare proposal to be sent to potential clients.
• Establish new customer relationships.
• Maintain existing customer requests and enquiries promptly
• Identify customer's needs and develop action plan for meeting them.
• Create relevant presentation and carry out exhitbition monthly.
• Attend market fora to reach out to prospective clients.
• Support and facilitate development and execution of marketing plans.
• Contribute to service delivery processess and ensure that excellence is always met.
• Conducting tours, engage in cold calling, e-marketing and promotional activities of the company's brand.
• Perform other duties related to your function may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirement:

• Advanced degree in Marketing/Communications and/or Real Estate
• Minimum of 4 years of agency or in-house marketing, communications and PR experience in relevant industry.
• Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written).
• Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Capability of working independently, taking initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively.
• Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure.
