Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a marketing manager with tasks that includes overseeing and managing the sales team, monitoring sales target achievement, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Other key responsibilities will include providing guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team. and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication.
• This role is located in Lekki.

Qualifications

• A minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 - 5 years experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs, and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
• Proven experience in sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales and marketing tools, and metrics for measuring sales performance
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
