We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
The marketing manager would undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’ sales.
The marketing manager would develop strategic marketing plans for the company and oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels.
Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities
You will:
- Drive brand awareness and affinity through paid search ads on GoogleAds, IG, Facebook, Twitter, and others while experimenting with new channels.
- Create a qualified sales pipeline through paid search ads across GoogleAds, IG, Facebook, Twitter, and others while experimenting with new high-intent channels.
- Take a deep dive into campaign metrics to assess their impact down the funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment of messaging and goals across the company, and assist in various marketing projects to support the team.
- Will monitor industry content and competitive marketing to inform relevant and timely content creation and distribution strategies.
- Will perform keyword research for high and low-intent ad strategies.
- Will perform on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, page formatting, schema, internal linking, etc)
- Will provide strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
- Implement marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
- Have knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
- Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need.
- Lead and train a team of marketing associates
- Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication and brand integrity by collaborating, connecting, and coordinating with other communication specialists across the country in creating a healthier enterprise cascading communication system.
- You would need to be well versed with different types of organic as well as paid marketing channels such as content marketing, PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Social Media Advertising, email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, website design, and landing page enhancement, copywriting, and comprehensive performance analytics of the marketing campaigns.
- Plan and organize events and conferences etc. And would be required to evaluate the performance of each campaign and prepare annual reports and budgets for the next year.
- Analyze website click-to-application conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
- Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter the market.
- Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
- Provide excellent presentation skills as well as the ability to write content for presentations, emails, web, and social media.
- Maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Develop stories for print, video, or other mediums.
- Evaluate the performances of countless marketing campaigns for the organization.
- Troubleshoot any of the marketing campaigns which may not have performed well.
- Monitor and try to improve the SEO of the organization.
- Come up with new ways in order to promote new products for the organization.
- Educate team members about the various industry marketing trends.
- Analyze customer feedback coming from multiple social media platforms.
- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve results and demonstrable success in senior leadership relational management.
- Identify, synthesize, and communicate, in written, oral or visual, technical information to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
